Grand Peaks Properties was formed in 2003 by a team with many years experience in housing development throughout the United States, much of it at Simpson Housing, a locally-based national leader in developing, constructing, acquiring and managing quality residential units. Among Grand Peaks' principals is Don Simpson, Chairman Emeritus of Simpson Housing. During Simpson's tenure, Simpson Housing developed over 30,000 housing units.

Grand Peaks Properties has teamed with The Adair Group to construct The Georgetown. Established in 1992, The Adair Group has been recognized by The Denver Business Journal as one of the fastest growing large private companies in Colorado...the contractor of choice for numerous new housing, loft converstion, commercial construction and tenant finish projects from downtown Denver throughout the front range.
