Many of the Standard finishes at The Georgetown are expensive upgrades elsewhere. We don’t think you should have to pay extra for the finer things. All five models include:

  • Brushed nickel hardware and nickel finish lighting packages

  • Gas log fireplaces

  • Solid core doors

  • Central Air conditioning & gas furnaces

  • 5-piece master baths with designer tile applications & platform tubs

  • Pre-wire for security, home computer networking, home theatres & sound systems, and multiple cable, phone and data outlets

  • Double attached finished garages

  • Spacious private balconies with gas hook-ups

  • Full brick and stucco exteriors and concrete tile roofs

Some floor plans include exciting roof-top decks with full staircase access, structured for hot tubs or outdoor living areas. You can choose your own finishes and additional upgrades, depending upon construction stage, but you don't have to. Luxury is Standard at The Georgetown.
